Labelled the “go anywhere” boiler, the Vaillant ecoFIT pure 435 is part of Vaillant’s new, exciting and dynamic range of regular boilers, ideal for smaller properties. The compact size and optional rear flue fitting means this boiler is ideal for even the snuggest of installations including kitchen cupboards and small cloakroom spaces, a first for Vaillant.
Quiet Mark-approved, the ecoFIT pure 435 is ultra-quiet making it perfect for installations in high-traffic areas of your home. The 435 is lightweight allowing for installation with minimal fuss and with a complete availability of spare parts and clear fault diagnostics, your engineer will find it's easy to maintain too. What’s more, this regular boiler comes complete with a 7 year manufacturer’s warranty that can be extended up to 10 years for additional peace of mind.

The price below is for a boiler change (swap)
This means the new boiler will go in the same place as your existing boiler,use
the same flue hole and connect to your pipework that is already in use.
If you have a system boiler or a regular boiler and you wish to change it for a combi boiler this will be an extra £500.00 .
This will involve the removal of your hot water cylinder and the tanks in the loft.
All pipework altered to suit the new combi boiler.
All waste will be removed and no rubbish left behind.
If your gas pipe needs to be upgraded from 15mm to 22mm this will cost
£25 per metre and in the rare case you need to upgrade to 28mm off the gas meter this will be £35 per metre.

The Power Flushing machine we use is a Kamco CF90 the best on the market
(Free power flush for systems with up to 8 radiators. Additional radiators will be charged at £20 Each)
